We're looking for a storyteller, brand voice champion, and performance-driven wordsmith for our copywriting team. This is a role for someone who loves crafting high-converting copy, thrives on big ideas, and is comfortable moving from a snappy ad headline to a persuasive landing page without missing a beat.
You'll work closely with performance marketers, product marketers, designers, and the CRM team — sometimes leading creative ideation, other times creating and refining copy to perfection. You'll be trusted to bring fresh ideas, refine copy based on feedback, and ensure your work aligns with the brief, brand voice, and business goals.
What You'll Do
Own the Craft
Performance Copywriting: Write high-performing ad copies and video scripts for social media platforms, designed to capture leads.
Search Marketing: Write and optimize Google Search ad copies to improve click-through rates and alignment with search intent.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Launches: Develop all content for new program launches, including landing page copy, brochures, and other promotional collaterals.
CRM and Email: Write all content for CRM channels, including automated email sequences and lead-nurture campaigns, while maintaining brand copy guidelines for use across the marketing org.
Creative Storytelling and Conversion Focus
Turn technical or complex program details into compelling, easy-to-digest narratives
Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm concepts, taglines, and creative angles that stand out in crowded digital spaces
Experiment with A/B testing, message positioning, and hook variations to optimize performance
Collaboration and Alignment
Collaborate with design, product marketing, CRM, and performance teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives and brand strategy
Provide constructive feedback on copy produced by freelancers or other internal contributors
Be a quality gate for all copy that goes public, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
Data-Informed Writing
Analyze copy performance metrics and iterate based on CTR, engagement, and conversion trends
Stay ahead of competitor messaging and industry creative trends to keep our copy fresh and relevant
What You'll Bring
Experience: 4+ years in copywriting/content creation, preferably in digital-first brands
Portfolio: Strong samples across ad campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, CRM emails, and product launch assets
Skills:
Sharp writing and editing in the US English
Ability to switch tones — from persuasive and performance-driven to brand-building and thought-leadership
A fair understanding of marketing funnels and digital campaign KPIs
Mindset:
Highly detail-oriented yet quick to turn around high-quality copy
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proactive, collaborative, and constantly looking for ways to raise the creative bar
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent preferred.
