Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Compliance Research located in Noida. The Manager Compliance Research will oversee monitoring and analyzing changes in compliance regulations across sectors, including Income Tax, GST, Labor Laws, and other statutory requirements. Responsibilities will include researching updates to laws, providing actionable insights to the organization, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires fostering collaboration between internal teams, facilitating training sessions, and implementing solutions to address compliance challenges.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary or Graduate from Reputed Law School

Job Profile

• Strong research skills and the ability to analyze regulatory changes across diverse areas such as Income Tax, GST, Labor Laws, and Company Laws
• Proficiency in compliance report preparation, data interpretation
• Experience with tools or platforms for monitoring and managing compliance status, including dashboards and reporting systems
• Effective collaboration, communication, and team coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data with integrity and security
• Understanding of governance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
• Familiarity with automated compliance solutions is an advantage
• Educational background in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in compliance management is a plus
