Manager - Commissioning 2 (Mumbai)

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to

Handle the complete SW development, SW FATs, Commissioning, and site handover with minimal support from Commissioning Leadfor Data center projects.

Proof of concepts and demonstration to customer. Support to configure, test and implement the solutions at site

Implement BMS Application with SCADA level redundancy for both Application as well as Historian at Data center.

Hands on Commissioning of IBMS, BMS, DDC, Fire, CCTV, ACS, PAS solution proposed for the Digital Buildings Portfolio. Role entails working on site to deploy customized engineering solution as per customer requirements.

Sound understanding on various BMS protocols like Modbus IP, BACnet IP, OPC, MQTT, REST API, etc

Sound in maintaining documentation, sending weekly updates, executing large projects, having good know how of standardization, libraries & their importance in field of commissioning.

Hands on Commissioning of FAS & Security IP based solution proposed for the Digital Buildings which includes working at various customer sites

Work closely with the customer / consultant community (100% on site) to discuss technical solutions, build relationships within the community, and leverage the right offer technically.

Work with design as well as project team to deploy technical vital solution in entire project cycle.

Good understanding on pre-commissioning checks, commissioning process, coordination with service providers as well as other stake holders in project while executing commissioning activities.

Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical services, Networking of BMS

Support in grooming and building team.

Qualifications & Experience

4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical/Mechanical

Minimum of 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Proven experience in BMS applications in Data centers
• Proven experience in IBMS- CCTV, PA system, FAS & security system, HVAC, GSS, Leak water deduction etc.,
• Proven experience in CPM (Chiller Plant Manager)
• Ability to do moderate or complex DDC program with sound knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical etc)

Proficiency on M580HSBY PLC / DDC System is added advantage

Knowledge and experience to work on Control Expert/ EcoStruxure Building Operation Software

/Power SCADA/Citect SCADA/Schneider Local HMI/Wonderware Intouch/ Wonderware System Platform is added advantage

Experience in FAS, ACS, CCTV, PAS systems commissioning will be an added advantage.

Work experience on soft communication Modbus (RS 485), Modbus TCP/IP, CanOpen, Profinet, Profibus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA, OPC DA, IEC (61850,60870-5), DNP3

Understand the customer RFQs and should be able to design the system inline to that.

Good analytical skills to understand customer inputs and Engineering Drawings is mandatory.

PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and Power point.

Good communication skills (English - must & Hindi - Preferred).
