Role Overview
We are hiring a
Manager Commercial for a large Integrated Steel Plant to oversee commercial operations including procurement, contract management, billing, and financial coordination. The role requires strong techno-commercial understanding and experience in heavy manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and vendor negotiations
- Handle contract management, tendering, and rate finalization
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with finance for budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements
- Monitor inventory control and commercial documentation
- Support management with MIS and commercial reports
Candidate Profile
- Strong commercial exposure in steel / heavy manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of contracts, taxation, and cost analysis
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
