DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as Manager, Commercial Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness and contribute to commercial excellence across our organization. You'll develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enable our sales teams to effectively communicate the value of Thermo Fisher Scientific's solutions to our customers. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Field Applications teams, you'll create effective learning experiences that enhance our commercial teams technical knowledge and sales capabilities. Your expertise in adult learning principles and training methodologies will help build a culture of continuous learning and development, directly impacting our business growth and customer success.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Masters Degree plus 8 years of experience in training, sales enablement, or learning development, preferably in life sciences or biotechnology
. Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Business, Education, Communications, or related field
. Professional certifications in instructional design or training methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
. Training-specific certifications (e.g., Korn Ferry, Miller Heiman) advantageous

. Experience developing and delivering technical and sales training programs

Drive continuous improvement in sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Planning Tools: Territory Management & Call Planning modules within CRM

.Implement best practices and training programs to ensure compliance and adoption across the sales organization.
. Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
. Demonstrated proficiency in measuring and reporting training effectiveness and ROI
. Excellence in presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
. Strong analytical and project management capabilities
. Ability to establish relationships and work cross-functionally
. Proficiency with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
. Experience in bioproduction, scientific sales, or laboratory markets preferred
. Ability to travel (30%) for training delivery at meetings
. Bilingual capabilities valued
. Customer-centric mindset with focus on understanding internal team and customer needs
. Ability to align training initiatives with business goals
. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address training gaps
