Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations on commercial execution, including Go-To-Market models and field force productivity, based on data from CommEx systems.
- Drive standardization to international frameworks and simplify/optimize CommEx tools and processes.
- Execute projects related to CRM and other CommEx systems to deliver core Commercial Excellence capabilities.
- Own the execution of all core CommEx processes at the assigned scope level, including account profiling, segmentation, territory design, quota-to-payout, President's Club, and major campaigns.
- Lead change management and adoption of new CommEx tools and technologies through training, onboarding, and communication.
- Identify and implement CommEx solutions to meet business needs aligned with organizational priorities and CommEx strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including International CommEx solution delivery teams, business partners, and local CommEx associates, to ensure effective daily operations.
- Manage data for sales incentives and quota-to-payout processes, including finalizing SIP templates, validating, and uploading quotas.
- Support and drive ad-hoc activities related to CommEx tools and coordinate system enhancement requests.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Commercial Excellence and Sales Effectiveness frameworks.
- Experience in designing, calculating, and managing sales incentives and incentive programs.
- Proficiency in incentive summary creation, quota-to-payout processes, and President's Club campaigns.
- Ability to perform account profiling, segmentation, and territory design for optimized sales coverage.
- Familiarity with CRM and Commercial Excellence (CommEx) systems to generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and validating sales data for incentive programs and targets.
- Strong analytical skills to support commercial decision-making and process improvement.
- Ability to lead change management, training, and adoption of new tools and processes.
Education: Any Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
