Manager Client Solutions (Central Kitchen South)

Preferred background: B2B / Institutional Sales within the Food or FM industry, with strong exposure to Central Kitchen / Food Production / Institutional Catering clients, preferably based in Tada, AP / South region.

Experience 5-8 yrs (3+ years of experience in Lead Generation and Frontline B2B Sales in Central Kitchen / Food Services / Institutional segments.)

Role Overview

The Manager / Senior Manager Client Solutions plays a pivotal role in accelerating business growth by driving high-value client acquisition and revenue generation for Rassense. This role is responsible for identifying strategic business opportunities, building strong institutional and enterprise relationships, and converting complex sales engagements into long-term partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

Identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales leads.

Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.

3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and delivery schedules.

Close sales deals and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.

Analyze competitors products and services to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Experience

Preferred background in B2B / Institutional Sales within the Food or FM industry, with familiarity in working with Central Kitchens / Catering Units / Food Production Facilities.

3+ years of experience in Lead Generation and Frontline B2B Sales.

Willingness to travel locally or regionally as per business requirements.
