Manager Civil

Job Title: Manager Civil (Building)

Location: Jhajjar, Haryana

Reporting: Team Leader / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee end-to-end civil works for building projects, from planning to handover.

2. Supervise and coordinate construction activities at site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

3. Review and interpret structural drawings, construction drawings, and specifications.

4. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, and local building codes.

5. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

6. Monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage.

7. Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, and adherence to approved methodologies.

8. Oversee high-rise construction activities, including RCC works, finishing works, and faade coordination.

9. Handle billing, measurements, and certification of contractors work.

10. Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges effectively.

11. Ensure implementation of safety standards and site best practices.

12. Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.

Qualification & Experience

1. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

2. Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in civil building construction.

3. Strong experience in building construction and site supervision.
