Job Details:

Technical and Development

Designing of Site Infra / Drainage / Road & grading / Plumbing Services i.e. Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer & Vents, Rainwater and Equipment /

Knowledge of Sewage Treatment Plant / Knowledge of Water Treatment Plant.

Ensure the timely completion of all project specifications, design, drawings, and requisitions for areas of responsibility assigned to him

Technical skills on Site infra works, site grading, rain and storm drainage, rainwater harvesting, underground utilities (wet &dry), storm water

retention concept. STP capacity determination.

Ensure all documentation within the scope of his responsibility is prepared, checked, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the Group

Working Instructions for the Project.

Review all vendor bids and documentation for technical acceptability, BOQ, tender, technical bid evaluations.

Render technical assistance to other design groups as necessary including review of relevant drawings of other groups for adequate and

appropriate interface.

People and Team.

Good communications skills.

Develop working relationships across various disciplines.

Multi office work experience

Critical human relations skills, alternative or combined skills in understanding, selecting, developing and motivating people

In addition, carry out such tasks from time to time as directed by his next senior commensurate with the work expected of this position

Ensure that all work is in compliance with the Standards and Engineering Practices as described in the Project Co-ordination Procedure.
