About The Role
The role of Manager Channel Sales has the key responsibilities to develop and maintain Gunnebo's Safe Storage business across the assigned territory, focusing on expanding and empowering our channel network while unlocking new growth in BFSI, Government, and Jewelry segments.
Core Responsibilities:
- To monitor sales and marketing activities of the area and achieve targeted sales of Gunnebo Products
- To develop the Sales Strategy for the defined territory & ensuring execution in line with the agreed annual plans and timelines.
- To explore new growth opportunities for developing additional business in the area.
- To ensure timely collection to maintain targeted daily outstanding (DSO)
- To expand our presence in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing new/extending channel partner's operations
- To ensure the channel partners are achieving their targets and guide them by implementing the systems and processes of Gunnebo.
Candidates Profile
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Engineering background.
- Post-graduation in Management is a plus.
- 710 years of relevant experience in Channel Sales.
- Prior exposure to BFSI, Government, or Jewelry sectors is essential.
Key Competence:
- Knowledge of System Integrators and Architects
- Good techno commercial experience in B2B and Channel Sales
- Customer-focused and relationship-driven.
- Result-oriented with high resilience, self motivated.
- Communication and Relationship management.
- High on ownership and accountability
