Role Overview
As a Team Manager for our client, you will be responsible for building, leading, and driving a high-performing sales team focused on residential real estate. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Building & LeadershipHire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Drive performance through continuous coaching, mentoring, and motivation
- Onboarding & TrainingOnboard new team members and train them on real estate sales fundamentals
- Ensure strong understanding of the Blox platform, sales pitch, and processes
- Clearly communicate KPIs, targets, and performance expectations
- Sales Execution & Target AchievementSupport the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in high-value client meetings and conversions
- Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
- Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with Marketing & Tech teams to ensure adequate lead flow and campaign support
- Coordinate with Developer Relations to align on priority projects and inventory
- Lead Generation & Market ActivationPlan and execute on-ground marketing activities (corporate kiosks, events, activations)
- Generate self-leads and ensure team-level pipeline strength
- Business DevelopmentBuild strong networks with corporates, associations, and local businesses
- Drive direct and indirect sales initiatives to expand market reach
Eligibility / Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales with team handling responsibility
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
- High ownership mindset with strong drive for results
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
