Position Title: Manager – Business Strategy (BD & FP&A)

Experience
5–8 years total experience
- Business Development Strategy & Enablement
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and competitive landscape.
- Support the development of business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Assist in partnership discussions and negotiations, ensuring alignment with business and financial goals.
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams on contracts, MoUs, and term sheets, managing documentation flow and version control.
- Develop business models and frameworks to evaluate ROI and long-term value from potential collaborations or new programs.
- Track and analyze partner pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) to support business development teams with performance metrics.
- Business & Marketing Analytics
- Work closely with the central marketing team to track marketing goals, lead generation metrics, and conversion trends.
- Analyze marketing spends and ROI, providing insights to optimize campaigns and allocate budgets effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance across regions, programs, and channels; recommend data-driven strategies to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
- Create dashboards and visual reports for marketing and BD leadership, ensuring alignment between spend and strategic growth priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across academics, operations, marketing, and legal to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Serve as the link between business development and finance, providing cohesive analysis, insights, and strategy alignment.
- Support leadership in planning and evaluating new initiatives through collaborative decision-making and data support.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead monthly and weekly financial performance reporting, comparing budgets vs. actuals.
- Assist in the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide planning and execution.
- Present insights in steering committee and board meetings, providing clear financial storytelling.
- Build reports and dashboards in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to aid decision-making across departments.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Enhance and streamline processes for reporting, analytics, and business proposal development.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in financial modeling, higher education, and business growth strategies.
- Recommend new systems, tools, or workflows to increase efficiency and strategic responsiveness
