Hyperdash (www.hyperdash.city) is a new subsidiary of Neev Energy bringing indigenous designed and developed suite of integrated AI led solutions for smart urban infrastructure combining advanced lighting technology with IoT connectivity and intelligent management systems. Its flagship offerings include Intelligent lighting controllers (HyperControl), smart Lighting Management platform (Hyperlite) and Digital operations platform (HyperStreet). The company plans to grow rapidly both in fast growing India as well as selected international markets of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Role Overview
- This role encompasses driving complete business planning and marketing function activities for Neev energy and subsidiary Hyperdash Pvt Ltd
- Support leadership team on long term business planning and driving strategic initiatives
- Product/Brand Marketing for new products and Services offered by company in both Indian and international markets
- Coordinate all external and internal communications
- Plan and execute company participations in targeted industry events, networking forums, exhibitions to maximise company/brand visibility and business lead generations
- Drive all forms of Digital marketing and contents across company websites and social media handles
- Support technology/BD teams for contents and all marketing collaterals generation
- Biz prospecting, Lead Generation, customer reachout through periodic Newsletters and other marketing initiatives
- Track and report market trends, competitors, and key government initiatives in our target market segments , make recommendation for new business initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of Sales/BD, Technology, Delivery operations and Finance.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelors or preferably Master's degree in ICT, Engineering / Science
- MBA (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in ICT Products/Services /Digital Marketing, and Business Planning
- Prior experience in Govt/Public Sector through direct or indirect sales (b2b/channels/OEM's) and marketing functions
- Exposure to smart urban/lighting solutions, IoT controllers,utilities, ICT Products/Services is strongly preferred.
- Passionate and energetic marketing professional with strong written/verbal communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent command over latest office automation and AI driven smart productivity enhancement tools for day to day functioning and also driving its wider use across organization
