The Role:
This role at LeadSquared will partner closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial discipline, scalable growth, and clear visibility into business performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, pricing, unit economics, and profitability analysis
- Analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, and cohort performance
- Track business performance against budgets and forecasts; identify risks and opportunities
- Support sales and marketing teams with deal analysis and ROI analysis
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for leadership
- Work closely with accounting to ensure alignment between financial planning and actuals
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level presentations as required
- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Requirements:
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights to stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strategic mindset with business acumen
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong bias to action
