Job Description

Business Finance & Performance Analytics

Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts aligned with business plans and liquidity requirements.
Conduct profitability, margin, and cost analysis across products and business segments.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, capital allocation analysis, and new product evaluations.

Automation & Systems

Drive finance process automation using Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and ERP systems.
Integrate data from Oracle Fusion, Tally, and Zoho Books to improve reporting efficiency.
Streamline month-end closing processes and MIS reporting timelines.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, tax, and business teams to ensure financial accuracy and governance.
Act as a key finance partner to senior leadership.
