Position: Manager – Business Development (Sustainability Technology)
Location: Bangalore/ Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of High Voltage Safety training (Levels 1–3) to EV OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and component manufacturers.
- Promote Battery Safety, Design, and Sustainable Production programs for EV assemblers, cell producers, recyclers, and ecosystem partners.
- Sell Advanced BESS Safety training aligned with IEC/IEEE global standards to energy storage deployers and integrators.
- Market Hydrogen Safety and Handling training across India's green hydrogen value chain.
- Manage portfolio of ESG/GRI/BRSR reporting, GHG Lead Verifier, ISO standards, and Diversity & Inclusion workshops for corporates.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and provide weekly forecasts.
- Handle full sales cycle from needs assessment to contract closure and client retention.
Key Requirements
- Engineering degree (Electrical/Automotive preferred)
- Master's degree in sustainability-related stream would be an added advantage.
- Certifications in EV High Voltage Safety, Battery Tech, or Hydrogen Safety are advantageous.
- Understanding of E-Mobility Market in India, Battery Industry, Emerging Battery Chemistry, BESS Safety Standards, and Hydrogen.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel for pipeline tracking.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and nurturing.
- Strong pipeline management, quota achievement, and forecasting skills to ensure revenue targets for open-enrollment and customized corporate training.
