Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Business Development

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad

  • Experience in Mobility / Travel / Car Rental / Corporate Services industry
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, forecasting)
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and alliances

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire Business Development function for the region.
  • Drive major revenue initiatives and acquire large corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong business pipeline and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor the BD team, including performance tracking and reviews.
  • Handle client escalations, pricing approvals, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.
