Job Title: Manager – Business Development
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad
- Experience in Mobility / Travel / Car Rental / Corporate Services industry
- Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, forecasting)
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and alliances
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Business Development function for the region.
- Drive major revenue initiatives and acquire large corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong business pipeline and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and mentor the BD team, including performance tracking and reviews.
- Handle client escalations, pricing approvals, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.
