This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager -Business Development professional at Confluence, located in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, delivering impactful presentations, and supporting the development of long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within real estate, infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Develop long-term relationships with developers, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, corporate clients, and government bodies.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events to represent the firm professionally.
- Provide timely follow-ups and manage client queries.
- Strong understanding of the architecture, real estate, and construction ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business development within architecture, real estate, or design consulting firms.
