Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager -Business Development professional at Confluence, located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategies to expand the firm's client base. Key responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, delivering impactful presentations, and supporting the development of long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within real estate, infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Develop long-term relationships with developers, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, corporate clients, and government bodies.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events to represent the firm professionally.
- Provide timely follow-ups and manage client queries.
- Identify partnership opportunities that can enhance the firm's market presence and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the architecture, real estate, and construction ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business development within architecture, real estate, or design consulting firms.
