Manager - Business Consulting (Transformation Consulting)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Consulting practice, with a strong focus on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of industry experience and a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs using Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

• Design and implement operational excellence strategies to improve process efficiency.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, variability, and defects.

• Coach and mentor client teams on Lean, TQM, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.

• Drive TPM initiatives to improve equipment effectiveness and operational reliability.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive change adoption.

• Provide strategic insights and best‑practice recommendations to clients.

• Track project performance, manage risks, and ensure milestone adherence.

• Prepare and deliver executive‑level reports, presentations, and proposals.

• Develop customized consulting approaches and solution frameworks for client needs.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic consulting environments.
