Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Business Consulting team, focused on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in driving improvement initiatives, with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Experience Required: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support transformation consulting projects end-to-end.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities for clients.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process quality.
- Deliver client trainings on problem‑solving tools and continuous improvement methods.
- Develop training materials across CI, Lean, TPM, and related topics.
- Implement TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Deploy TPM pillars (AM, FI, PM, QM) to achieve zero breakdown objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive change and meet project goals.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to client stakeholders.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.
