Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Business Analyst with MS Dynamics!
In this role, we are seeking a highly analytical and delivery-focused Agile Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proven experience in the Investment Banking domain. The ideal candidate will work within Agile squads to deliver CRM/ERP solutions that support front, middle, and back-office functions including client onboarding, deal management, regulatory reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
This role requires deep understanding of capital markets workflows combined with hands-on Dynamics functional expertise.

Responsibilities
1. Agile Requirements & Delivery
.Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders (Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Risk) to gather and refine requirements.
.Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned to regulatory and business needs.
.Manage and groom product backlogs in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
.Ensure traceability from business requirements through testing and deployment.

2. MS Dynamics 365 Functional Implementation
.Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Finance modules) aligned with investment banking workflows.
.Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics capabilities.
.Support customizations, integrations, workflows, dashboards, security roles, and reporting.
.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with trading systems, KYC platforms, data warehouses, and regulatory reporting systems.

3. Investment Banking Domain Support
.Support solutions related to:
oClient onboarding & KYC/AML processes
oDeal lifecycle management
oSyndication and capital raising workflows
oRegulatory and compliance reporting
oTrade lifecycle or transaction monitoring (as applicable)
.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA, MiFID II where applicable).
.Assist in data governance, audit tracking, and compliance documentation.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance
.Develop test strategies, test cases, and support SIT/UAT cycles.
.Validate system behavior against acceptance criteria and regulatory controls.
.Support defect triage and resolution.

5. Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement
.Facilitate workshops with business, compliance, and IT teams.
.Provide solution walkthroughs and demos.
.Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
.Support change management and end-user training initiatives.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
.Relavant years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP modules).
.Strong experience in Investment Banking or Capital Markets domain.
.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
.Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, client onboarding, compliance, or regulatory processes.
.Experience supporting UAT and working closely with development teams.
.Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (MB-210, MB-300, or equivalent).
.Experience integrating Dynamics with trading platforms, risk systems, or enterprise data warehouses.
.Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank).
.Experience working in global banking environments.
.Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent).
