Job Role
Interact regularly with Territory Managers/ Sales Managers to set targets achieve required sales for cross sell Business Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation selling skills Make joint calls with sales team, if required Training for competence development of Territory Managers/Sales Managers Driving Sales Processes Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
Provide effective inputs improve business performance Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e. Contributed Value/ Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses/ Employee Retention/ Employee Productivity/ Customer experience/ Managing Incentive Schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Transform overall business plan into actionable sales targets and execution plan for area under control.
Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration Gather and analyze market intelligence.
Provide inputs to improve product offerings.
Build effective plans to improve sales operations Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.
