Job Description: Manager – Brand Strategy

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic thinker and creative conceptualiser to develop innovative, brand-led concepts for events, experiential marketing, product launches, brand activations, conferences, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client briefs, brand objectives, and target audience insights.
• Develop creative concepts, event themes, storytelling, and experiential strategies.
• Lead brainstorming, ideation, and pitch presentation development.
• Create compelling presentations, mood boards, and creative narratives.
• Collaborate with design, production, and client servicing teams to translate ideas into impactful experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and innovative event formats.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality creative output.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in event conceptualisation, brand strategy, or experiential marketing.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and presenting concepts for leading brands.
• Ability to balance creative vision with budgets and execution feasibility.
