Role: Associate manager- Brand Strategy
Reporting: Head- Marketing Excellence.
Location: Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple BUs to ensure integrated brand plans are designed for all high investment, strategic brands.
- Partner with businesses to evaluate intervention points across patient journey and focus on creating differentiated strategies for key brands basis on market opportunities and challenges and internal strengths.
- Become a part of all important strategy meets & reviews for defining the brand-marketing blueprint and roadmap; provide actionable innovative ideas for brand plans.
- Become an Interface with business unit marketing heads to ensure continuity across marketing efforts to ensure consistency & to ensure one way of marketing across businesses.
- Set up model for critical core marketing processes, practices and expertise required to drive business performance.
- Spearhead the process of build marketing capability with internal and external learning and development interventions including rewards and recognition.
- Monitor brand performance, provide insights in advance to take informed decisions
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in pharma/Pharma FMCG brand management role.
- Must be an MBA Tier I / Tier II Management Institutes with a bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience of using various databases.
- Good presentation skills and ability to independently conduct secondary & primary research
- Good project management skills.
- Good communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to connect with internal and external stakeholders.
