Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for looking after top-of-funnel business growth & brand development
The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams (Product, Digital Marketing, Sales) & external partners (Creative & Media Agency)
Must have the ability to judge creative work with the lens of efficacy and memorability
What you will do in this role
- Directly drive metrics like Customer Acquisition, Search volumes, SOV, SOE and brand metrics such as Awareness, Consideration & Affinity
- Influence metrics like Revenue, Engagement and Retention
- Work on new ad campaigns with the creative agency
- Work with the media agency to schedule & execute media plans
- Evaluate campaign performance at a market / segment level
- Discussing new ideas, running pilots & driving growth
What you should have
- At least 2-4 years of Brand Marketing experience in Consumer tech company
- Experience in dealing with Creative & Media Agencies
- Experience in executing a 360-degree campaign
- Experience in building AOPs & Go-to-Market strategies for new products
- Data forward thinking but must have the ability to take qualitative calls based on judgment
