Location: Bangalore

About the Tea

mThe Marketing and Growth team at Navi drives user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns. They work cross-functionally with business, product, and analytics teams to expand the customer base and increase revenue. The team drives growth through targeted messaging, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, effective use of social media, impactful brand campaigns, and storytelling to build loyalty.

About the Role

This role is a dynamic opportunity to grow the brand's awareness and consideration. It combines creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role plays a key part in shaping the brand's identity and connecting meaningfully with audiences.

What We Expect From

  • YouBuild and execute brand strategies for Navi's suite of financial products across UPI, Investments, Insurance and Lending.
  • Develop and execute insight-driven campaigns from brief to execution across brand marketing, digital, social, influencer, partnerships and content.
  • Brief and manage creative agencies, content partners, and production agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for impact, learnings, and brand awareness lift.
  • Building and maintaining a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, category trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Leading the development of integrated media strategies (across on-platform, performance, and brand channels) aligned with broader marketing and growth goals.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Business) to drive a unified marketing approach and seamless go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Must Haves

  • MBA from a reputed institute with 6+ years of Brand Marketing experience in a consumer-tech or D2C brand.
  • A strong grasp of storytelling, positioning, and audience segmentation.
  • Proven track record of managing both ATL and BTL brand campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, project management, and staying ahead of industry trends.
