Foxtale is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end execution of product and brand initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, consumer insights, and product innovation, and will play a critical role in shaping Foxtale's positioning, launches, and brand presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong strategic lens, hands-on execution capability, and experience in beauty / personal care marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve brand positioning, communication territories, and overall creative communication harmony across categories, ensuring a clear and consistent brand voice
- Translate brand strategy into clear briefs for creative, social, PR, and performance teams
- Lead brand positioning and consumer-first communication direction for products and initiatives
- Work closely with product, R&D, packaging and other teams to translate product intent into compelling brand narratives
- Develop clear briefs for internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Support ongoing brand building initiatives across digital, social, and offline touchpoints
- Assist in shaping brand storytelling and external communication efforts, including PR support where required
- Collaborate with insights and research teams to inform positioning and communication decisions
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within skincare, beauty, or personal care
- Experience working on new product development and launches
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and creative strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Brand-side experience preferred; candidates with relevant experience at leading agencies (especially in brand or marketing strategy roles) will also be considered
