Own and evolve cohesive 360 brand communication across social, packaging, and all commercial touchpoints
Conceptualize and lead culturally relevant, social-first brand campaigns
Manage a team and partner with designers, creators, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality communication
Shape how the brand is positioned and perceived across consumer touchpoints
Translate consumer insights into clear, differentiated, trust-led brand narratives
Skills & Experience
45 years of experience in D2C / beauty brands or brand/creative agencies
Understanding of brand positioning & principles, and consumer psychology
Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns end-to-end
Exposure to packaging communication and commercial content development
Strong creative judgment with attention to consistency and quality
Ability to lead a team and operate independently in high-growth, fast-moving environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing preferred but not mandatory
