Manager - BMS Software

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement BMS software solutions, focusing on DDC programming, PLC programming (FBD, Script, Ladder Diagram).
2. Develop building management systems (BMS) integrating protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, OPC.
3. Collaborate with global teams to gather customer requirements, ensuring clear communication and efficient project delivery.
4. Perform functionality checks, offline programming, testing, and FAT implementation, ensuring defect-free, high-quality deliverables.

Key Deliverables:

1. Successful implementation of HVAC control systems, including equipment like Air Handling Units, Chillers/Boilers, and Variable Air Volume Boxes.
2. High-quality, defect-free BMS software, meeting customer specifications and timelines.
3. Accurate, detailed graphics (floorplans, equipment, network layouts) in Visio or AutoCAD, aligning with project standards.
4. Robust integration of third-party tools and graphics with BMS applications, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
