Manager BIW Maintenance

-Develop and implement daily maintenance plans for line operations, preventive maintenance (PM), and repair activities.

-Plan and procure spare parts and tools, ensuring timely delivery and minimal downtime.

-Conduct breakdown analysis using ICA and PCA, allocating tasks to team members based on skill level.

-Ensure safety standards in weld shop operations, including manual and robotic IT weld guns.

-Perform MTTR and MTBF analysis and implement improvement actions to optimize equipment performance.

-Manage SAP modules for PM and MM, including material procurement and spare parts management.
