As a Bid Manager, you'll sit at the center of high‑stakes pursuits—orchestrating strategy, storytelling, and execution from first signal to contract signature.
- Own the full pursuit journey—RFI, Pre‑RFP, RFP, orals, negotiations, and contracting—driving momentum at every stage
- Run multiple complex bids in parallel, balancing pace, precision, and quality while meeting demanding deadlines
- Translate opportunity into action by building robust pursuit plans with clear milestones, deliverables, workstreams, and ownership
- Lead the rhythm of the bid—facilitating cadence calls, reviews, approvals, and executive checkpoints
- Step into a strategic advisor role by driving deal qualification, shaping, win strategy, pricing discussions, and review sessions
- Bring ideas to life by facilitating high‑impact brainstorming—developing win themes, value propositions, client storyboards, stakeholder maps, and competitive insights
- Partner seamlessly with onshore, offshore, and specialist teams to deliver compelling proposals, storyboards, placemats, orals content, and executive presentations
- Draft and shape first‑cut proposal responses, then elevate them with stakeholders into sharp, client‑centric, compliant submissions
- Be the final quality gate—ensuring submissions are accurate, approved, and submission‑ready
- Build smarter ways of working by creating and maintaining content repositories and knowledge assets
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve bid management, compliance, and operational processes in a high‑growth COE environment
- Leverage automation and GenAI tools to work faster, smarter, and more creatively
- Act as an ambassador for the COE by helping shape and communicate its mission and vision across member firms
