Role: Manager Business Development

We are looking for adriven and client-focused Sr. Manager Business Developmentto spearhead sales efforts, acquire new clients, and expand existing accounts. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients in IT, BFSI, and Professional Services.
  • Map and engagedecision-makers (CHROs, HR Heads, TA Leaders).
  • Deliver compellingpitches, proposals, and RFP responses.

Revenue Growth

  • Own monthly/quarterly sales targets and consistently achieve them.
  • Build and maintain a robustsales pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.

Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams for smooth execution.
  • Expand share-of-wallet with existing accounts.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with theSales Headto refine strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Mentor Sales Executives/Management Trainees on lead generation & client engagement.

Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)

  • Acquire810 new mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Deliver12 Cr in annual billing.
  • Maintain80%+ client retention rateacross managed accounts.
  • Build a high-qualitypipeline covering 2x3x of sales targets.
  • Contribute tosales playbooks, pricing models, and account strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 35 yearsof experience inB2B corporate sales / business development.
  • Strong exposure torecruitment, staffing, HR solutions, or HR tech sales.
  • Proven track record ofmeeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation & relationship management skills.
  • Based inMumbai/Navi Mumbaiand open to on-site client engagement.
