Manager – B2B Sales-Frido

Department: B2B Sales

Reports To: SVP Business development

Location: Pune (On-site)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – B2B Sales to drive business growth across corporate, institutional, healthcare, retail, and channel partner segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, achieving revenue targets, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development discussions.
  • Support the team in client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Foster a high-performance and result-oriented sales culture.
  • Identify training needs and drive capability-building initiatives for the sales team.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting standards.

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive sales pipeline management and ensure healthy conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support lead generation and business expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collections and effective account management for assigned customers.

Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
  • Track sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Provide regular business insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and execute them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.
