Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive installations and sales of Broadband, Leased Line, PRI Line, Postpaid, and Prepaid services as per targets.
  • Break into new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
  • Cross-sell multiple products to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a robust sales funnel for all Lines of Business with appropriate maturity levels.
  • Track competitor activity and generate insights to guide market strategy.
  • Develop customized sales interventions based on client segmentation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships and act as a single point of contact.
  • Build long-term, trust-based client partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and convert leads.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and solutions as per client expectations.
