We are hiring a Manager B.Ed Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with B.Ed colleges. This role requires strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and experience in institutional / higher-education sales.
Key Accountability & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for B.Ed college partnershipsfrom lead generation to contract closure.
- Identify and build strong relationships with B.Ed college decision-makers (Chairpersons, Directors, Deans, Principals).
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations to showcase partnership value.
- Work closely with Operations & Academics teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover.
- Build and lead a pipeline of potential partners across regions to meet quarterly targets.
- Track competition & market trends in higher education to refine sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in CRM and sales trackers.
- Oversee and mentor Sales Associates supporting outreach and lead management.
KPIs / Success Measures
- % of revenue targets achieved from B.Ed partnerships.
- Number of colleges onboarded within target timelines.
- Proposal-to-closure conversion rate.
- Partner satisfaction and renewal rate.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in institutional sales / corporate partnerships / higher education sales.
- Proven record of closing high-value institutional deals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships with confidence.
- MBA / PG in Sales, Marketing, or Education Management preferred.
