Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Title: Delivery Lead/PMs Payments, Cards, Account (Servicing), Security Roles Essential Responsibilities:
  • Act as Programme Manager, leading complex programmes, preferably customer journey enhancements on mobile banking.
  • Hands-on leadership: Dive into details when required to unblock and drive projects as per plan.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Lead conversations with Managing Directors (MD level) and influence decisions.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate risks/blockers and escalate promptly when needed.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong experience in Scrum, preferably SAFe.
  • Domain Exposure: Delivered projects in Cards, Payments, Digital onboarding (Retail products), Security/Authentication.
  • Accountability: Own delivery of multiple capabilities within the Strategic Value Stream (SVS).
  • Communication: Simplify complex issues and pitch at the right level for senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Rapidly scale without long familiarization periods.
  • Resilience: Bounce back quickly from challenging stakeholder situations.
  • Reporting & Governance: o Update JIRA tickets, prepare status reports (PPT, Excel). o Pull together views from JIRA/Confluence for reporting.
  • Collaboration: Bring diverse teams together to execute baselined plans. Key Differentiator: Delivery PM is strategic and hands-on, managing large-scale programmes, business transformation, senior stakeholder engagement, and multiple Value Stream capabilities. Common Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Transformation acumen Candidates should have strong communication and hands on experience in managing business transformation initiatives (must have).
  • Lead and manage complex programmes, specifically focused on customer journey enhancements in mobile banking.
  • Take a hands-on approach to project management, diving into details as necessary to unblock and drive projects according to established plans.
  • Engage and lead conversations with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  • Anticipate potential risks and blockers, proactively addressing issues and escalating them as needed to ensure project success.
  • Apply agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and preferably SAFe, to deliver projects effectively.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects in one or more of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication.
  • Maintain a strong sense of accountability for the delivery of multiple capabilities within the Strategic Value Stream (SVS).
  • Simplify complex issues and communicate effectively at the appropriate level for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, with a willingness to stretch and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Rapidly scale operations without the need for extensive familiarization periods.
  • Exhibit resilience and the ability to recover quickly from challenging situations, maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle for Payments and Transaction Banking features on the customer mobile app. Core Payment Domain Knowledge
  • Payment Lifecycle Understanding o End-to-end flow: Initiation Authorization Clearing Settlement. o Familiarity with domestic and cross-border payment systems (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH).
  • Payment Types & Channels o Cards (Credit/Debit), UPI, Wallets, Bank Transfers, Instant Payments. o Exposure to mobile app payment journeys and digital onboarding.
  • Regulatory & Compliance o Knowledge of PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC, and data privacy regulations. o Understanding of transaction monitoring and fraud prevention measures
  • Mobile-First Payment Journeys o Expertise in designing and delivering payment flows on mobile apps (e.g., UPI, card payments, wallets). o Understanding of UI/UX considerations for frictionless payment experiences. o Ability to manage digital onboarding, e-KYC, and secure authentication (biometrics, OTP). o Knowledge of tokenization, encryption, and secure payment protocols. o Compliance with PCI-DSS, PSD2, and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). o Awareness of fraud detection tools and transaction monitoring systems. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Masters in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Project Manager, Tableau, Power BI etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing capabilities within a Service Value Stream (SVS).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
