Salary: 25000 - 50000 INR/month in hand depending on the candidate experience

Location: Gurugram, walking distance from Millenium Center Metro

Days: 5 days/week day shift 930 am - 630 pm

About the Role

We are an IITians founded, fast-growing, tech-driven staff augmentation firm looking for a Process Athlete to own our Client Coordination function.

You will be the central nervous system of our delivery engine, bridging the gap between our clients and our recruitment team.

This is a high-velocity Execution & Systems role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive metrics and analytics across business functions

- Convert learning from metrics and analytics into business actionables driving performance.

- Ensuring client queries resolution within that right from new opening till onboardings.

- Be the backend of all client interactions.Take over the client interaction when required.

- TAT Management: Ensure Screen-Select CVs reach clients within defined timelines. Crisis management in case of TAT failures. Proactively chase clients for feedback on aging CVs and interview scheduling via Email and WhatsApp.

- take feedback from the clients to convert into business process re-engineering initiatives

- AI-Assisted Communication: Use our SOPs and AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) to manage professional client communication.

What We Are Looking For:

- 1-4 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Customer Success, or Startup Operations.

- Tech-Native: You are comfortable with Airtable, Excel, and modern dashboards.

- The Follow-up Gene: You feel restless if an email goes unanswered or a task is pending.

- NCR Based: Willing to work from our office to collaborate directly with the CEO.Our office is walking distance from Millennium Centre Metro.
