Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager, AR Invoice to Cash Applications
Responsibilities:
.Team Management: Lead and manage the invoice to cash team, providing strategic direction and support to ensure efficient operations and adherence to best practices.
.Invoice Processing Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end process of insurance invoice preparation and distribution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
.Cash Application Oversight: Direct the cash application process, ensuring precise allocation and reconciliation of payments to maintain robust financial integrity.
.Accounts Receivable Optimization: Implement strategies to monitor outstanding invoices, proactively reducing overdue accounts and enhancing cash flow.
.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing complex billing inquiries and disputes with professionalism to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
.Reconciliations: Supervise the reconciliation of accounts receivable records with customer statements, ensuring discrepancies are resolved efficiently and effectively.
.Advanced Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on invoice status, cash flow trends, and accounts receivable performance metrics, providing actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
.Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and lead initiatives for process enhancements and automation within the invoice-to-cash cycle, driving efficiency and accuracy across operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
.Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate
.Relevant years of experience in AR Invoice to Cash Applications
.Experience in working with SAP and AR tools would be added advantage
.Experience in working with an insurance client is must
Preferred Skill Set:
.Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
.Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management
.Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
.Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative
.Strong time management skills
.Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
