In your new role you will:
- Act as the primary technical interface between customers and our product organization.
- Work directly with customer marketing teams to understand their market needs and strategic objectives.
- Translate customer business challenges into clear what and why requirements for our product requirements engineering team.
- Design, implement and manage continuous field trials of our end-to-end health solutions.
- Collect, analyze and prioritize customer feedback to drive product evolution.
- Develop compelling technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for customer marketing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product requirements engineering to ensure customer needs are properly understood and prioritized.
- Create detailed requirement documentation that captures both business objectives and technical needs.
- Track requirements through development cycles to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Deliver technical training on solution capabilities to customer marketing teams.
- Report on market trends and competitive positioning derived from customer interactions.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, application engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven experience working directly with marketing teams at customer organizations.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in designing and executing field trials for data-driven solutions.
- Excellent presentation and technical communication skills.
- Track record of successful collaboration with product management and requirements engineering teams.
- Experience advocating for customer needs within product development processes.
- Ability to balance customer requests with product strategy and technical feasibility.
- Strong relationship-building skills across organizational boundaries.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
