Role Summary
Looking for experienced HR professional to drive the people strategy, improve employee experience, and enable strong operational performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies.
• Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and hiring forecasts.
• Lead performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Execute engagement initiatives to improve retention, productivity, and morale.
• Ensure statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and audit readiness.
• Analyse attrition, productivity, attendance, and engagement dashboards
• Support change management, culture-building and capability development initiatives.
Skills & Experience
•10 + years of HR experience, with strong exposure to IT Services workforce.
• Deep knowledge of labour laws, ER management, and HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7, high-volume, multi-shift environment.
Qualification
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
