Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and market expansion strategies. This role requires a commercially driven marketing professional capable of enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Drive brand positioning, communication strategies, and customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue and business objectives.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, campaign planning, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors.
  • Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing marketing activities across international markets.
  • Strong background in general marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience leading both online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
