Role: Manager - AI Solution Architect

Location: Goregaon - Mumbai

Experience: 8+ years

Timing: 12:30PM to 9:30PM IST (in office)

We are seeking a Manager - AI Solution Architect for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning (ML) architectures to drive innovative solutions in recruitment technology.

You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to develop and deploy scalable AI models. Daily activities include identifying client needs, designing custom AI-driven systems, analyzing data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions into existing platforms.

• Strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Mining
• Analytical skills and proficiency in applying analytics for problem-solving and system optimization
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling AI/ML architectures
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for AI and data analysis
• Excellent project management and team collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment technology or HR tech solutions is a strong advantage
  

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600) or equivalent data platform certifications
• Cloud architecture certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional)
• Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent AI platform certifications
• Experience with LLM deployment in enterprise production settings (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering at scale)
• Prior consulting or professional services delivery experience
• Experience in defense, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated/IP-sensitive industries
• Familiarity with AI governance standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act implications)
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, or conference presentations in AI/data engineering
