Job Description

• Manage end-to-end employee transportation operations including routing, scheduling, and fleet optimization

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SLAs, and transport regulations

• Monitor vendor performance and conduct audits for transportation services

• Oversee corporate travel operations including bookings, approvals, and travel policy compliance

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors

• Manage employee accommodation including vendor coordination, occupancy tracking, and service quality

• Handle relocation services including logistics, packing, moving, and settling-in support

• Implement AI-driven tools for route optimization, travel forecasting, and operational efficiency

• Develop and manage budgets across transportation, travel, and relocation functions

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for leadership review

• Ensure risk management, safety protocols, and contingency planning for mobility operations

• Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and service-level agreements across all mobility services

• Drive cost optimization initiatives through data analysis and process improvement

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Security, and business teams for employee support and service delivery

• Handle escalations related to transport, travel disruptions, and employee safety concerns
