Your Impact
You will lead the strategy and delivery of workplace and administrative services for the MGCS Center India Gurugram, creating a safe, efficient, sustainable, and engaging workplace for more than 2,000 firm members and external workers.
You will also champion technology, automation, AI and GenAI to modernize operations, enhance employee experience, and improve service delivery.
Based in Gurugram, India, as part of the MGCS Center India location management team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for real estate and space management, facilities and café services, travel and transportation, safety and security, crisis management and business continuity, and events and conferences. You will work closely with location, MGS, India and global firm leaders, as well as key external partners, to ensure these services meet business needs and firm standards.
As a key member of the location leadership team, you will develop and execute the workplace and administrative services strategy—including real estate, workplace utilization, space planning, and service improvements—in close partnership with location and global functional leaders, while collaborating with Finance to manage Opex and Capex budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. You will oversee office service providers to ensure strong performance against contract standards, lead negotiations and service improvements, and establish operational, utilization, and employee experience metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous growth. Embracing innovation, you will reimagine services through a digital and AI-first lens—leveraging technology, analytics, automation, and GenAI to simplify work and enhance productivity—while collaborating with teams across India and global locations to pilot, scale, and share these cutting-edge solutions. Additionally, you will partner with Security and other stakeholders on crisis and emergency management, risk preparedness, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and sustainable workplace practices. Finally, you will lead and develop a team of approximately 10 colleagues and external contractors, building strong relationships across the Center and broader firm to drive operational excellence, ensure safety, and continuously evolve workplace services to meet the dynamic needs of the firm and its people.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in administration, workplace/facilities operations, travel, strategy, or related operations, preferably within a large corporate or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of office administration, workplace and real estate management, facilities, travel, events, transportation, safety/security, and vendor management
- Broad business and commercial acumen, including experience with budgets, operational performance, contracts, service levels, and vendor negotiations
- Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, functional teams, external partners, and suppliers
- Excellent project and process management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strong digital and AI mindset, with experience leveraging technology, analytics, automation, AI and GenAI to improve operations and service delivery; experience leading technology-enabled operational improvement or workplace transformation is preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, combined with a strong service and continuous improvement orientation
- Sound judgment, composure, integrity, and professionalism when managing competing priorities, operational challenges, and crisis situations
