Job Description

Role Summary

This role oversees end-to-end hotel booking operations for employees across domestic and international locations. The candidate will manage travel logistics, relocation processes response plans while ensuring cost optimization and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hotel Booking Operations
    • Manage centralized hotel bookings for employees.
    • Monitor room allocation, booking accuracy, and cost optimization.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless travel execution.
  • Finance & Compliance
    • Oversee invoice validation, payment tracking, and audit compliance.
    • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams for smooth operations.
  • Station Launches & Relocations
    • Lead hotel contracting and logistics setup for new station launches.
    • Manage employee relocations including household goods transfer and vendor coordination.
    • Ensure adherence to relocation SOPs and operational readiness.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in travel desk operations, crew logistics, or hospitality.
  • Experience in airline operations preferred.

Skills Required

  • Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills.
  • Fluent in English; hotel industry background is a plus.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and travel management systems.
