Role Summary
This role oversees end-to-end hotel booking operations for employees across domestic and international locations. The candidate will manage travel logistics, relocation processes response plans while ensuring cost optimization and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Booking Operations
- Manage centralized hotel bookings for employees.
- Monitor room allocation, booking accuracy, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless travel execution.
- Finance & Compliance
- Oversee invoice validation, payment tracking, and audit compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams for smooth operations.
- Station Launches & Relocations
- Lead hotel contracting and logistics setup for new station launches.
- Manage employee relocations including household goods transfer and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to relocation SOPs and operational readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in travel desk operations, crew logistics, or hospitality.
- Experience in airline operations preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills.
- Fluent in English; hotel industry background is a plus.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and travel management systems.
