We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounts to lead our accounts department. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and driving compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Conduct audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
