We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounts to lead our accounts department. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and driving compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
