Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Accounts & Finance, based in Ahmedabad. The Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include handling tax matters, managing financial reporting, and providing insights for strategic decision-making to support the company's growth and financial health.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax management
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Proficient in finance-related software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in clinical research or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is an asset
