Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Financial Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
  • Handle internal and external audits.

Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

  • Monitor production costing and inventory valuation.
  • Analyze raw material consumption, wastage, and production expenses.
  • Prepare cost sheets and profitability reports for products.
  • Control inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide management reports.
  • Support management in financial decision-making and cost optimization.

Team Management

  • Develop internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, and production departments.
  • Required Qualifications
  • CA / Inter CA
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in ceramic or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and costing.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
